The DMFA is proud to present the next Sustainer Strategy Meeting. This event will take place over two hours on May 13, 2025 and will be an interactive virtual gathering. You will be actively engaged in interactive strategy discussions, learnings from case studies, and collaborative exchange of ideas.
This event is invite only and is a unique opportunity for Sustainer industry leaders to come together to learn from each other and help guide their programs toward success in the year to come.
To attend this meeting you need to add the Sustainer Group Benefit to your DMFA membership. In order to qualify for the Sustainer Group you need to have an active Sustainer Program with over 1,000 donors.

Each organization invited can have two registrants participate. Each attendee will need to sign up in order to be able to gain access to the event.

Letal Zidkony, Senior Director, Donor Loyalty & Marketing Strategies, Planned Parenthood Federation of America
Letal has over 15 years of experience in Direct Response roles, leading and guiding large multi-channel acquisition and conversion programs; offering perspective that blends both deep channel knowledge with extensive strategic and operational insight. Letal is the DMFA Membership and Marketing Committee Chair and a member of the Executive Committee.
Jennifer Minogue, Director, Monthly Donor Cultivation and Retention, ASPCA
As the ASPCA’s Director of Monthly Donor Cultivation and Retention, Jennifer oversees the strategic direction of the ASPCA’s sustainer programs. She has contributed to the success of the ASPCA’s life-saving since late 2006, building on a life-long passion for animal welfare to engage donors and reach targeted fundraising goals. Currently, Jennifer sets and implements the retention, upgrade and recapture strategy for recurring donors through multi-channel marketing.
Kim Coloma-Gomez, Director of Marketing Operations and Integration, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) USA
Kim has nearly ten years of experience in project management, content strategy, and cross-channel marketing. She leads channel and audience collaboration, planning, and emergency response marketing efforts at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) USA and is a member of the DMFA Board of Directors.
Linea Adcock, Director Sustainer Experience | Performance Marketing, ALSAC/St. Jude Research Hospital
Linea Adcock is the director of sustainer experience at ALSAC the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She has held various marketing and fundraising roles at two national non-profits but has dedicated the last 10+ years of her career to growing the sustainer giving model. Linea keeps busy with her active family and enjoys visiting new places, cooking and crafting.
