The Brennan Center for Justice seeks a strong Senior Digital Campaign Associate to join our Communications team. The Senior Digital Campaign Associate supports the production of the Brennan Center for Justice’s national email program including newsletters, advocacy and fundraising campaigns, and program sends.

This role is responsible for day-to-day email production, coordinating with communications department and program colleagues, tracking metrics and learnings, and proposing initiatives to improve email performance, including growth, engagement, and overall list health. The role also supports the development and execution of multi-channel digital engagement and fundraising strategies and supports the social media team when extra capacity is needed. The Senior Digital Campaign Associate must have strong experience with HTML and CSS and familiarity with a large organization's email program. The selected candidate will report to the Email Manager.
