If you are a group nonprofit, please send first name, last name, title and email address of anyone additional you would like included in your membership to info@dmfa.org.

Group - Nonprofit $350 Annually

No fee for additional members

Individual - 2 Year $240 Once Per Term

Individual $150 Annually

$150 for individual partners for one year.

Individual - Nonprofit $110 Annually

Group

Membership is $550 and includes 5 people, each additional member is $105/person.
